Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman to take home both the CrossFit Games twice. She placed second in the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, a Icelandic weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. The popular athlete is the first woman who won at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. Her other accomplishments include having won the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and raised to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. From a very young age Annie was a huge sport fan who loved working out. Many medals were awarded to her during school competitions. In 2009, she was the first participant in the CrossFit Games in California where she performed relatively excellently in the first round. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years old (as in 2021). She is 5'7" tall and weighs about 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit adventures in California in 2009. Annie did very well in the initial events and finished in top 10 out of 70. Although she didn't win any title she ended the tournament with 11th rank. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed in second place, and also won the gold medal same year. Following that, she was a participant in another CrossFit games and because of her dominant performance she won these games, becoming the first female winner of CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie took home her first CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first female athlete who had two wins at CrossFit Games consecutively. She also took home a gold. Then in 2021 she was awarded the bronze. Annie is an instructor and coach of Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has made her the brand ambassador for many brand names in the field of sports, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization - Nuunhydration Sidekick. Additionally, she also has her own Youtube channel with a few thousand followers where her workout diet family videos and travel videos are posted.
